He got to work quickly, diagnosing the issue in no time. Turns out, it was a problem with the water pump. Not only did Sam have a great understanding of Washing Machine repair, but he was also super friendly and took the time to explain what needed doing. Loved that they stock parts in the van, so there was no waiting around for parts to arrive. Price-wise, everything was fair and within my budget.
