Had an issue with my water heater acting up, and boy, it's been chaotic. Found PacificPrime Appliance Repair through a quick online search and decided to give them a shot since they had decent reviews for water heater repair. To my surprise, they were super prompt, and the technician who came was friendly yet professional. He got straight to the point, didn’t mess around. The way he handled the water heater repair, you could tell he knew what he was doing, which was a relief. Just a heads-up, the repair didn’t take much time at all. The technician explained things in a way I could actually grasp, which was refreshing. My water heater’s humming along nicely now, and it's such a relief not having to worry about cold showers anymore. Overall, I'd say if you’re around Industry, CA and need some water heater repair, hit them up. They’re solid.
